Planning Your Party

Pick a place. Where are you going to have a party? On the street? At your house? In A Hall?

Decide on a theme for the party. Dance party or a costume party?

Determine a date/time for your party.

Make invitations or buy them. Pass them out within a reasonable time frame
of notice and ask for replies to get an idea of numbers.

Book Bouncy castles, games. venue (if required) If not hiring an entertainer, you need to consider games and activities to keep the children occupied. Children love bouncy castles, providing hours of fun at any party or event

Plan the Menu. Your food choice packs a big punch in your party. If you don't
know what to get, ask around to see what your future party-attendees would like. Do
not forget drinks or chilled storage for these drinks.

What's a party without music? Pick music that you think will be most
agreeable to the spirit of your party and your guests. You could also play a radio
that has whatever's hot, and call in with requests!
