ARE YOU MEMBERS OF ANY ORGINISATIONS ?
Yes, we are members of the British Inflatable Hirers Association & TIPE

DO WE HAVE TO COLLECT THE CASTLES FROM YOU ?
No, our prices included delivery, setting up and dismantling.

WHAT AGES ARE THE CASTLES SUITABLE FOR ?
Most of our castles are suitable for children up to the age of 11 or 12. We also have an adult Castle.

CAN YOU PUT THE CASTLE UP ON ANY SURFACE ?
Flat Grassed areas are the most suitable, although as you can see we also cover indoor venues which are also fine. The space required needs to be free from any sharp objects, loose gravel, chippings, trees, washing lines and plants etc. We require 2ft extra either side of the inflatable and about 5ft in front to make it easy for use and safe for children either entering or exiting and 5ft behind the inflatable for the blower.

CAN YOU GO THROUGH OUR HOUSE?
We prefer a side entrance or rear access, due to the weight of the inflatables.

CAN WE HIRE MORE THAN ONE CASTLE ?
Yes, as long as you have the space available. We can offer a discount on the total price for this, please email or call for further details.

WHAT TYPE OF EVENT CAN THE CASTLE BE HIRED FOR ?
Almost any event, including private parties/function’s, barbeques, school fetes, carnivals, corporate days, school holiday camps, fund raising events and any other event where fun is required!

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY ?
Yes, we operate a cancellation policy where if the weather is bad and you decide you no longer require the inflatable, you are able to cancel by calling us prior to 9.00am and no charge will be made! However if you decide for any other reason you do not require the inflatable please can you give as much notice as possible, as this will enable us to rehire the castle to another client

WHAT TIMES DO YOU START ?
We can normally deliver and collect to suit you, although we do try to deliver before 11.00am and collect between 5.00pm –7.00pm (dependant on time of year - daylight hours). If your event does have an exact starting time we would always work around this to suit your needs!

ARE CASTLES AVAILABLE OVERNIGHT ?
Yes they are at an additional cost of £35.00. We would always require to collect by 10.00am the following day. We will always require a deposit for this, which is fully returnable on collection of the castle if the castle is not damaged and is clean. We would also request that the Inflatable is deflated and covered over with one of our covers and the electrical equipment is placed indoors when you have finished with the castle.

ONCE YOU ARRIVE HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP AND DISMANTLE ?
We always will require clear access to deliver the inflatable, once we have this to set up and be ready for use normally takes between 10 – 20 minutes depending on circumstances. It takes approximately the same time to deflate and pack away dependent on the size of the inflatable.

ONCE THE CASTLE IS ERECTED CAN WE MOVE IT ?
No, Insurance would be invalidated and it could be very dangerous to both the people moving it and the children bouncing on it.

IS OUR EQUIPMENT SAFETY TESTED ?
Yes all our inflatables have safety certificates and the blowers and extension leads all have PAT test certificates. We always supply safety mats with every inflatable. We always ask that the hirer reads and signs are Disclaimer and Agreement Form prior to use of the inflatable. This will ensure that you know how to safely supervise the operation of the unit whilst in your care.

HOW DOES THE CASTLE STAY UP ?
By an electrical blower, which stays on all the time the inflatable is in use, we provide up to 25/30 metres of extension lead cable.

WHAT IS THE COST PER DAY TO RUN THE CASTLE ON MY ELECTRIC ?
Aprrox about £1 a day to run a bouncy castle.

HOW DO WE PAY ?
Normally on the delivery, by either cash or a cheque with a valid cheque card.
